Holiday Shipping Notice
To receive your order in time for Christmas Day, please place your order no later than midnight on December 10th. Orders placed after this date may be delayed due to increased seasonal demand.
All orders are made to order. Most are produced and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Larger or more complex orders may take up to 10 days to prepare. If your order is urgent, please contact us at info@posterux.com – we’ll do our best to prioritise it.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This will include a tracking number, if applicable.
Some specific products may have longer production or shipping times. If so, this will be clearly noted on the product page.
We take great care in packaging all our prints to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition:
Unframed posters are hand-rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes.
Photographic prints are flat-packed in protective sleeves.
Framed and canvas prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with reinforced corner guards, cardboard protection, and shipped in durable cardboard boxes.
Breakages or transit damage are extremely rare thanks to our carefully developed packaging standards. Should an issue arise, we will promptly organise a replacement free of charge.
If your order arrives damaged, please email clear photos and your order number to info@posterux.com within 14 days of delivery.
