At Posterux©, all posters are printed on demand and custom-made specifically for you. As such, they are classified as personalised products, which means the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing error, or you received the wrong item, we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge. Please email us within 14 days of delivery at info@posterux.com and include:

Clear photos of the damage or error
Once your request is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be shipped as soon as possible.
If your parcel has not arrived after the expected delivery time, please get in touch via info@posterux.com. If the courier confirms the order was lost, we will issue a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
If you're not satisfied with your order, we encourage you to contact us. While returns are not accepted for custom-made products, we are always happy to discuss your concern and find a fair solution together.
Because our products are made to order, returns and refunds are not possible in cases of buyer’s remorse or incorrect selection.
